Privacy Policy & Consent

We only collect personal information you voluntarily give us when you enquire about services, request a quote, book an event, or order artwork. That may include:

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number (including WhatsApp messages you start with us)
• Event details: date, venue and location notes, guest count, hours, event type
• Reference photos or brief notes you send for a commissioned or digital caricature

We do not knowingly collect information from children, and we don't ask for payment card details on this site — shop purchases are completed on Square's secure checkout under their own privacy policy.

• Respond to enquiries about live caricature and art entertainment services.
• Prepare custom quotes and hold or confirm dates for weddings, parties and corporate events — including a tentative hold in our own booking calendar.
• Communicate with you about your event, artwork or order details.
• Improve our website, marketing campaigns and customer service.

We keep enquiry records only as long as needed for bookings, follow-up and normal business records, then delete them on request.

Our booking form includes an optional photo-consent checkbox. If you tick it, you agree that photos of guests with their caricatures, and images of artwork created at your event, may be shared on this website and our social media.

If you leave it unchecked, nothing from your event is posted. Guests are always asked again in person at the easel before their drawing is photographed, and any image can be taken down at any time — just email or text us and we'll remove it promptly. Consent is entirely optional and never affects your price, availability or service.

Commissioned digital caricatures are treated the same way: we won't publish your artwork without your say-so.

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. Enquiries are stored in an access-controlled database and are readable only by Salar Salahi. That said, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

We use advertising and analytics platforms such as Google Ads to promote our services, and service providers for email delivery, calendar scheduling, secure hosting and Square payments. These platforms may collect data through cookies or lead forms under their own privacy policies.

We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to third parties. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking them won't stop you from using the site.

You can choose not to provide personal information, although this may prevent us from processing your booking request or enquiry. You may ask us at any time to access, correct, delete, or stop using your information, or withdraw photo consent. We'll action requests promptly — you don't need to give a reason.
